At 3DMyRental, we take pride in delivering high-quality 3D floor plans tailored to enhance your property listings. Our goal is to help you showcase your rental space effectively and attractively.

Services Considered Delivered/Performed

Our services are considered fully delivered and performed under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer Inaction: If 30 days have elapsed since the order was placed, and you have not provided the required information or materials necessary for us to complete the service, we will consider the service delivered. No refunds or further edits will be provided in such cases.

  2. Lack of Feedback: If the customer has received the initial 3D rendering from us and has not responded with requested changes or edits within 14 days of delivery, the service will be deemed completed and performed to satisfaction.

This policy ensures timely project management and allows us to serve all customers efficiently. We encourage all customers to provide prompt responses and required materials to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Revision Policy: We understand the importance of getting the details right. That’s why we offer two complimentary revisions with each 3D floor plan order to ensure it meets your expectations. Should you require further changes beyond these two revisions, additional fees will apply according to our pre-disclosed price list.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the initial draft of your 3D floor plan, please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, we require your detailed feedback on why the delivered 3D floor plan did not meet your needs and evidence that our team has not met the service standards promised.
  • Refunds are not available after 72 hours of initial delivery, or once you have submitted your first revision request.

Processing Refunds:

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
